Cutting paths into multiple objects

Use the Knife tool to slice a path into two or more paths.

Note: If you select an image object, the Knife tool becomes the Eraser tool.

To cut a selected path:

1	Choose the Knife tool.
2	Cut the path:
	Drag the pointer across the path.
	Click the path.
3	Deselect the path.
